In April 2007 the PRD Holdings Group of Companies merged
its business interests with LS Precision Manufacturing Inc
(Lone Star Fasteners) of Houston, Texas to form the Lone Star
PRD Group.
The purpose of the merger was to create a new
international group of companies to expand into world markets
for the supply of High Integrity Bolting, Gaskets and
associated products within the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and
Power Generation industries, offering unrivalled levels of
support and service to our customers.
The Lone Star PRD group has total responsibility for
servicing the needs of Eastern Hemisphere customers. The new
group offers a major increase in the products available from
stock and manufactured to order, bringing significant
advantages to our supply agreement
customers.
